Capabilities

A system is useful when the same rules apply everywhere: who can see, who can change and who must approve.

Mysoft keeps roles on the server, not only on the screen. A sales agent can work with their own customers, and the accountant sees the financial documents. Deletion asks for confirmation.

Search, notifications and CSV export are available in the modules you can access. Automations send an alert when stock falls below the minimum or an invoice nears its due date.
